George Arthur Degard

Taking it easy as a chief master sergeant after a 30 year career in the USAF. Been all over the world from 'Nam, Thailand, Africa, to Europe and back. Been on the hilltops to the lowlands of Holland. Enjoyed the travel - saw a lot and never looked back - it was a great career - and the retired pay is even better.

Just one of the 900 or so grads - year of T-breds glory times. Reember the 400 yard dash from gym class to TV English in the Audiotorium - did realize how long that was until looking back on it and only five minutes to get there. Remember getting caught listening to the Yankees-Pirates World Series game when I got caught passing the score on a piece of paper down the aisle. Not only did the Pirates get a "Zero" for the game Yanks won `12-0 but so did I for that class.
